    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 8.88% in September of 2024 ($1,262,412) vs September of 2023 ($1,385,507).
    • There were 20 sold listings in September of 2024 up 33% from the 15 sold in September of 2023; number of pending listings was up an impressive 67% with 15 in September of 2024 and 9 in September of 2023; and the number of new listings was down 52% with 10 in September of 2024 and 21 in September of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 35.88% to $870,691, and average sale price was down 8.43% to $414,503 in September 2024 vs September 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was down 1% to 96, number of new listings was up 9% to 120 vs September of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 15% to 278 from 241.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was up .39% to $695,066 in September 2024 vs September 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 5% to 230 in September 2024 vs September 2023 and number of sold listings was down 6% to 61.

Demand continues to surpass the supply of homes, driving up competition among buyers. With fewer choices available, finding that ideal property is more difficult.
