    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 4.40% in June of 2025 ($1,103,297) vs June of 2024 ($1,154,039).
    • There were 8 sold listings in June of 2025 down 20% from the 10 sold in June of 2024; number of pending listings was up 112% with 17 in June of 2025 and 8 in June of 2024; and the number of new listings was up 56% with 28 in June of 2025. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 9.84% to $856,285, and average sale price was also up 1.39% to $474,964 in June 2025 vs June 2024.
    • Number of sold listings was up 8% to 105, number of new listings was down 18% to 113 vs June of 2024 in Holland.  Active listings were down 8% to 255 from 277.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 16.18% to $674,784 in June 2025 vs June 2024.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 16% to 242 in June 2025 vs June 2024 and number of sold listings was down 7% to 70.
