    Here are some key insights...

    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was up 38.44% in September of 2023 ($1,423,493) vs September of 2022 ($1,028,237). 
    • There were 12 sold listings in September of 2023 staying the same as the 12 sold in September of 2022; number of pending listings went down 64% with 6 in September of 2023 vs 17 in September of 2022; and number of new listings was also down 6% with 14 in September 2023 and 15 in September of 2022. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 12.65% to $618,759, and average sale price was also up 17.99% to $458,541 in September 2023 vs September 2022.
    • Number of sold listings was down 33% to 65, number of new listings was down 13% to 82 vs September of 2022 in Holland.  Active listings were also down 6% to 170 from 182.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price is up 9.695% in September 2023 vs September 2022.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 15% (158) in September 2023 vs September 2022 (187).
