Holland
- Number of new listings was down 14 units vs September 2021 and number of sales was down 13 units vs 2021.
- Average days on the market vs September 2021 was down by 5 days.
Grand Haven / Spring Lake
- Number of active listings increased by 41 units vs September 2021
- New listings in Grand Haven increased by 21 units in September 2022 vs 2021
I have to admit I was a bit shocked to still see such strength across the board in these markets, considering 2021 was a record setting year in terms of price growth. We will see if our markets continue to show such positive numbers as interest rates increase, but for now, it's full steam ahead.
