    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 3.14% in October of 2024 ($1,257,073) vs October of 2023 ($1,297,777).
    • There were 11 sold listings in October of 2024 down 15% from the 13 sold in October of 2023; number of pending listings stayed the same with 13 in October of 2024 as well as October of 2023; and the number of new listings was up an impressive 67% with 20 in October of 2024 and 12 in October of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 25.72% to $787,986, and average sale price was up 3.32% to $419,632 in September 2024 vs September 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was up 3% to 94, number of new listings was up 30% to 130 vs October of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 20% to 296 from 247.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 1.21% to $673,914 in October 2024 vs October 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 10% to 228 in October 2024 vs October 2023 and number of sold listings was up 26% to 68.
