    As we navigate this complex market, keeping an eye on trends is paramount.  In Holland in June, for example, average list prices dropped 16%, while the average sale price increased a moderate 12% year over, closing the disparity between asking price and closing price.  Sellers may be getting more realistic about pricing, as new inventory increased 40% in June of 2022 vs June of 2021 in Holland.
