    Inventory in West Michigan Real Estate continues to be extremely low, as buyer demand continues to remain very high.  In Ottawa county alone, the number of active listings is down 28% vs 2021 (which was already a low number relative to years prior), and new listings were down 21% this February vs 2021.  And as is the case in supply and demand crunches, average prices in West Michigan are generally reflecting the low supply and high demand.
