  • Average list price was down 6.02% in April of 2025 ($1,085,328) vs April of 2024 ($1,154,824).
  • There were 13 sold listings in April of 2025 up 117% from the 6 sold in April of 2024; number of pending listings was down 36% with 7 in April of 2025 and 11 in April of 2024; and the number of new listings was up 77% with 23 in April of 2025. 

Holland

  • Average list price was down 0.20% to $764,041, and average sale price was also down 0.62% to $442,471 in April 2025 vs April 2024.
  • Number of sold listings was up 6% to 91, number of new listings was up 18% to 118 vs April of 2024 in Holland.  Active listings were up 14% to 224 from 197.

Grand Haven / Spring Lake

  • Average list price was down 18.28% to $640,293 in April 2025 vs April 2024.
  • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 11% to 203 in April 2025 vs April 2024 and number of sold listings was down 8% to 58.
