    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was up 26.95% in April of 2024 ($1,212,457) vs April of 2023 ($955,049).
    • There were 6 sold listings in April of 2024 staying the same as the 6 sold in April of 2023; number of pending listings also stayed the same with 11 in April of 2024 as well as April of 2023; and the number of new listings was down 7% with 13 in April of 2024 and 14 in April of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 23.27% to $748,721, and average sale price was up 17.67% to $448,360 in April 2024 vs April 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was up 13% to 85, number of new listings was up 14% to 99 vs April of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 8% to 193 from 178.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 2.15% to $812,376.50 in April 2024 vs April 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 6% to 179 in April 2024 vs April 2023 and number of sold listings was up 36% to 60.
