If you’re thinking about selling your home, it's important to have a good understanding of what’s going on in the West Michigan market.

Knowing the most important data such as the average sales price, number of homes sold, and days on market will better prepare you to sell your home.

Our market report showcases everything you need to know about local real estate trends.

    Here are a few takeaways...

Summer is upon us, and so is the beautiful weather,  and with that, a very active real estate market.  I suspect we will see a good summer market heading forward, as our momentum heading into the busy season is strong.  Inventory remains a challenge, but we are seeing some signs of a loosening up in that department as sellers are beginning to cash in on some of their equity and making more move-up purchases.
