    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was up 27.36% in February of 2024 ($1,149,942) vs February of 2023 ($902,935).
    • There were 8 sold listings in February of 2024 up 33% from the 6 sold in February of 2023; number of pending listings was down 14% in February of 2024 vs 2023; and the number of new listings was up 33% with 8 in February of 2024 and 6 in February of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 29.18% to $736,263, however, average sale price was down 4.64% to $340,540 in February 2024 vs February 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was down 23% to 51, number of new listings was up 2% to 60 vs February of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were down 7% to 165 from 178.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was up 8.39% to $768,022 in February 2024 vs February 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 4% to 148 in February 2024 vs February 2023.
