- Average Sale price was down 7% vs February 2022, and down 8% year to date vs 2022.
- Number of pending listings was up 32% vs February 2022, while closed sales were only down 1 unit vs February 2023.
Grand Haven / Spring Lake
- Average sale price was up 31% in February 2023 vs 2022, and number of sales was down 25%.
- Active listings were up 85% in 2023 vs 2022, and average days on the market increased in February 2023
With the continuing talk about interest rates and the supposed market slowdown, we have been able to battle through the noise and I believe finally settling into a more normalized market, as inventory continues to increase, and prices continue to regulate. With the interest rates subsiding over the past week, we should see some solid activity heading into the spring market.
