    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 5.58% in December of 2024 ($1,150,245) vs December of 2023 ($1,218,252).
    • There were 7 sold listings in December of 2024 up 40% from the 5 sold in December of 2023; number of pending listings was down 70% with 3 in December of 2024 and 10 in December of 2023; and the number of new listings was down 75% with 2 in December of 2024 and 8 in December of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 36.58% to $807,127, and average sale price was down 2.89% to $417,893 in December 2024 vs December 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was up 6% to 75, number of new listings was up 11% to 68 vs December of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 6% to 221 from 208.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 5.98% to $603,778 in December 2024 vs December 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 1% to 165 in December 2024 vs December 2023 and number of sold listings was down 11% to 39.
