    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was up 1.13% in January of 2025 ($963,317) vs January of 2024 ($952,575).
    • There were 7 sold listings in January of 2025 down 12% from the 8 sold in January of 2024; number of pending listings stayed the same with 6 in January of 2025 and 6 in January of 2024; and the number of new listings was up 11% with 10 in January of 2025 and 9 in January of 2024. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 9.52% to $760,573, and average sale price was also up an impressive 62.92% to $587,379 in January 2025 vs January 2024.
    • Number of sold listings was up 29% to 67, number of new listings was up 11% to 61 vs January of 2024 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 3% to 189 from 183.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 21.28% to $596,188 in January 2025 vs January 2024.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 1% to 155 in January 2025 vs January 2024 and number of sold listings was up 13% to 43.
