    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down -0.96% in January of 2024 ($963,237) vs January of 2023 ($972,595). 
    • There were 8 sold listings in January of 2024 up 100% from the 4 sold in January of 2023; number of pending listings was down 38% in January of 2024 vs 2023; and the number of new listings was up 60% with 8 in January 2024 and 5 in January of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 26.67 % to $680,325, and average sale price was also up 16.92% to $363,590 in January 2024 vs January 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was down 2% to 51, number of new listings was down 43% to 53 vs January of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were down 9% to 180 from 198.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was up 19.89% to $807,024 in January 2024 vs January 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 3% to 155 in January 2024 vs January 2023.
