    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 18.70% in November of 2024 ($1,176,584) vs November of 2023 ($1,447,140).
    • There were 17 sold listings in November of 2024 up 55% from the 11 sold in November of 2023; number of pending listings was up 67% with 10 in November of 2024 and 6 in November of 2023; and the number of new listings was up 50% with 12 in November of 2024 and 8 in November of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 27.10% to $818,261, and average sale price was up 5.99% to $408,339 in November 2024 vs November 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was up 43% to 99, number of new listings was up 2% to 88 vs November of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were also up 10% to 257 from 233.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 9.915% to $613,147 in November 2024 vs November 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was up 5% to 195 in November 2024 vs November 2023 and number of sold listings was up 23% to 65.
