    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was up 50.81% in November of 2023 ($1,457,140) vs November of 2022 ($966,200). 
    • There were 11 sold listings in November of 2023 up 10% from the 10 sold in November of 2022; number of pending listings was down 14% in November of 2023 vs 2022; and the number of new listings was down 22% with 7 in November 2023 and 9 in November of 2022. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 16.15 % to $623,804, and average sale price was also up 17.19% to $390,466 in November 2023 vs November 2022.
    • Number of sold listings was down 23% to 65, number of new listings was up 5% to 86 vs November of 2022 in Holland.  Active listings were up 6% to 232 from 219.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price is up 7.52% to $716,913 in November 2023 vs November 2022.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 8% to 182 in November 2023 vs November 2022.
