    Saugatuck / Douglas

    • Average list price was down 3.77% in March of 2024 ($1,099,585) vs March of 2023 ($1,142,658).
    • There were 5 sold listings in March of 2024 down 44% from the 9 sold in March of 2023; number of pending listings was down 14% in March of 2024 vs 2023; and the number of new listings was up 45% with 16 in March of 2024 and 11 in March of 2023. 

    Holland

    • Average list price was up 27.44% to $788,519, however, average sale price was down 11.28% to $367,861 in March 2024 vs March 2023.
    • Number of sold listings was up 14% to 75, number of new listings was up 14% to 99 vs March of 2023 in Holland.  Active listings were down 1% to 185 from 186.

    Grand Haven / Spring Lake

    • Average list price was down 6.19% to $796,285 in March 2024 vs March 2023.
    • Number of active listings in Spring Lake and Grand Haven was down 12% to 150 in March 2024 vs March 2023.
